Sweet Potato Cookie (No churn) Ice Cream Sandwiches

The sweet potato cheesecake cookies and sweet potato cookie butter (no churn) ice cream were very easy to make and turned out better than I imagined. This may sound biased, but these were probably the best ice cream sandwiches I treated to myself to.

Butterscotch Apple Cider Cake

If you’re up to date with my blog, than you’ll know I posted what I thought was my first apple cider cake recipe I ever made. To my surprise, some years ago I already concocted a scrumptious cider cake for fall. I was browsing through my some old photos and recipes on my prehistoric laptopContinue reading “Butterscotch Apple Cider Cake”

Sparking Cider Cake

Here we are finally in the month of October. Fall is moving full steam ahead and I couldn’t be more ecstatic. There are so many joys that come with autumn it’s hard to keep track. One of the wonderful things I love about this season is the array of yummy drinks that accompany it. ThereContinue reading “Sparking Cider Cake”

The Perfect Fall Cupcakes

Check out my recipe for these Perfect Fall Cupcakes. They are made with the ideal blend of warm spices. Each cupcake is then filled with a fresh, crisp apple compote. The spice cupcake with tart apple compote is then covered in a smooth, sightly sweet and tangy cream cheese frosting. The cupcakes are then decorated in of course our favorite Fall Sprinkle Mixes: The Shade, Sparkling Cider and Fall Through, to make them even more spectacular. These cupcakes provide the perfect bit of autumn provisions. I promise you once you taste these cupcakes they will become a part of your yearly fall traditions.

Apple Cider Donut Bread Pudding with Salted Caramel Glaze

Apple Hill is this amazing once secluded place about an hour outside the capital city that is filledContinue reading “Apple Cider Donut Bread Pudding with Salted Caramel Glaze”

I thought that this was the best time to perfect my chocolate cupcake recipe and decorate withContinue reading “National Chocolate Cupcake Day!”

A to Z Cake (Apple Butter/ Zucchini) Cake

Once again it’s another fabulous day in Fall. For many, including myself, that means frolicking through someone’s orchard picking apples and stuffing one’s face full of cider and doughnuts. After a few weeks there comes a realization that I may have been a little over zealous during my apple picking. Then comes the panic ofContinue reading “A to Z Cake (Apple Butter/ Zucchini) Cake”

Pumpkin King Cake

Happy Friday everyone! Another weekend in this wonderful season of Fall means another chance to bake something yummy full of Fall flavors. A few years ago I was perusing the clearance area in my favorite store’s kitchen section. It was off season so I was able to score some great Fall buys including a clearanceContinue reading “Pumpkin King Cake”

Candy Corn Cookies

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! To me this means its Fall and I can start consuming massive amounts of pumpkin items and filling my home with the smells of such. I love everything that comes with this season. That even includes the controversial confection candy corn. Some love to love it, whileContinue reading “Candy Corn Cookies”
